What you'll need: The only thing you need is a device (phone, tablet or TV) and a Zoom account. If you don’t have a Zoom account, click here Join us online, in real time. You'll be led through a yoga practice in the comfort of your own space, along with other members of the MBW Community.
You'll receive an e-mail with the Zoom link 10-15 minutes before class!
if you are unable to participate with us live, a class recording will be sent out to all registrants. It will be active for 24 hours. This way, you will be able to practice at your convenience or even more than one time.
TIPS:
The Zoom class will open for all participants 10 minutes prior to the start time. Join us early and use this time to ask questions and connect with each other. At the end of class you can also connect with other students or ask the instructor questions.
Your sound will be muted during practice. Before and after class, feel free to unmute yourself and connect with your community.
Grab water and any props you may want to to use during the class.
Generally have your yoga mat, blocks and towel ready. Instructor will advise of any other required props.
