Madison Arsenault
Madison began her yoga journey 8 years ago during her Bachelor of Music degree, with a Youtube video and her mat. She came to the practice with hopes that it would relieve some anxiety and help with her breath management as a singer. After a few months as an introverted yogi, she found a local studio in London, and fell absolutely in love. The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits were undeniable. The practice drastically enhanced her singing, and her general well being. In 2016 she became a certified yoga teacher, and has since been teaching around Toronto alongside her musical career. She loves music and yoga equally, and recognizes the benefits a regular yoga practice can have for singers. Through this realization, Madison has began to focus her teaching on a practice specifically designed for singers.
