grieving mindfully, mindfulness meditation
Grief is an inevitable part of life and never the same for any two people. Whatever the cause – the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, relationship or residence, children leaving home -- the wisdom of mindfulness can help people deal with loss, change and grief. This module will provide a mindful approach you can use in your personal or professional life. You’ll learn how mindfulness can ease the journey of healing and cultivate understanding, self-compassion and acceptance.
